Validation of Certificates
In addition to our general services such as training monitoring and certification we also offer the replacement of lost certificates as well as the validation of a degree.
We ensure clarity!
We always aim to provide information regarding the validation of Q-LEARNING certificates. Beside further constellations typically two examples appear:
For former participants
You graduated at Q-LEARNING and do now need an up-to-date validation of your certificate, e.g. in the context of your career or application process.
For HR manager and decider
In the context of an application or HR management process the validation of an existing Q-LEARNING certificate, that represents the qualification of a current candidate, is required.
A first quick check
How to identify a Q-LEARNING certificate? Since 2003 the Q-LEARNING certificates have the following characteristics almost without exceptions:
- Certificate number
- Indication of the full certificate holder´s name
- Indication of the training duration
- Q-LEARNING seal right at the bottom
- Signature of the trainer and/or the management board
Certificates may deviate if they have been issued due to company trainings and consider the requirements of the client or the organising academy.
But, no question: Reasonable doubts may exist and should be clarified to satisfy all involved parties.

Generally our processing time is within a working day or two. You will then receive a written confirmation.
